Writely rocks as long as you don't use nested lists

Just had a great time collaboratively editing over the internet a document using Writely. And it was great until we started using nested ordered lists. Of why oh why can't we have WYSIWYG editors in 2005 that can cope with nested lists properly without b*rking the HTML? Guess we really need a robust collaborative Web Outliner (I know Marc et al are working on it!) Please can I have it yesterday?

Sorry to hear you had trouble with us. We're somewhat reliant on the browsers, and we've been fixing as many of their bugs as possible. I'd really love to hear the issues you had with lists - we know it's a bad problem, it's high on our list of things to try to fix. Please email me with details if you can.

thanks for your prompt response and listening
FWIW, all the other tools (e.g. tinyMCE) have the same problem so you are not alone.
nobody else has solved it so if you do, this will definitely be a competitive advantage
not sure if it's worth solving since nobody else seems to use HTML as an outliner like I repeatedly try to do without success
